30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund the payment.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@imanscorner.com and we will help you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money can take up to 10 business days to appear.

Free trial

Creator plans include a 7-day free trial, available once per account. A payment method is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile inside the app, or through the billing portal provided by Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your groups and member history stay saved even after a subscription ends.
