1. The Service

Follow Thru is a web application for running and joining accountability groups. Members set a weekly commitment, log their execution, and receive email check-ins and weekly recaps. Group creators on a paid plan can set a weekly focus, publish tasks and announcements, and view member progress. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with the plan you have selected.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• send spam, engage in fraud, or misrepresent your identity;
• upload or share content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, bypassing access controls, or scraping data;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (group descriptions, commitments, notes, photos). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

6. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Joining a group is free. Creating groups requires a paid Creator plan ($9/month, up to 2 active groups) or Creator Unlimited plan ($27/month, unlimited active groups). Each plan includes a 7-day free trial, available once per account, and requires a valid payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Features may change over time as the product develops.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for a subscription, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. When access ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Service supports personal accountability and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
